Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation cost
Cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if the booking is cancelled in the 3 days before arrival.
Changing the dates of your stay is not possible.

Your reservation can be canceledl free of charge until March 12, 2022 - after that you will be charged the total eservation if you cancel after March 12, 2022

You don’t need to prepay. However, the property may take a deposit from the card you booked with. This is a routine procedure to verify that it is valid and hasn't been lost or stolen. The hold is temporary and the amount will be returned to you in full.

Please note: You will NOT be charged a deposit by IWB although it says so on the final booking page. A card is needed ONLY to verify the booking and you will not be charged until you arrived at the property. Payment is handled by the property only.

If you do decide to cancel, any monies will be refunded in full and not in travel credits. Please disregard any mention of this on our site as this is not the case for these types of bookings. If you decide to cancel, you will get your money back as per the terms and conditions in this very policy.
