Gua Kelam Recreational Park
Situated within Kaki Bukit town, the highlight of this park is Gua Kelam, a 370-metre limestone cave which is illed with interesting stalactite and stalagmite formations. Cancellation /no Shows/ Early Departures
7.1 Written notice on any of the above must reach the Resort (duly acknowledged in Writing by the Resort) within the following periods:
01 - 05 rooms = 03 days prior to arrival
06 - 15 rooms = 14 days prior to arrival
16 - 30 rooms = 21 days priorto arrival
Over 30 rooms= 30 days prior to arrival
7.2 if the guest (any pat of the confirmed booking ) fails to arrive as scheduled the Resort reserves the right to charge a late cancelation or no-show fee equivalent to the contracted
rate for one night for each utilized room.
Payment Instruction
All the payment shall be made either through telegraphic transfer to the account below or by bank draft/cheque payable to EAGLE PARK RESORT SDN BHD which is
acceptable for presentation at any bank in Malaysia Telegraphic transfers shall be made to the account herein after specifid with a copy of the remittance advice delivered to the Resort.

Payment due =10 working days upon invoice.
