The rooms are cleaned daily with a turn-down service in the evening. Linens and towels are changed daily. 	Cancellation policy: (booking payments are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise) We require you to make an advance payment of 50% of the entire room rate before we can confirm your booking. Advance payments can be made through cheque / demand draft. The remaining dues - once you are here - can be made through cash / demand draft. In case of cancellations upto two weeks prior to your booking date, we will deduct 10% of the booking amount and the rest will be refunded to you. For cancellations beyond this, we will refund only 25% of the booking amount.
