Overview

St 23 is a laid back hostel in the center of Phnom Penh. It is easily within walking distance the river, Wat Phnom, and Central Market. We have common rooms, and our cafe' serves Cajun food (the owner is from New Orleans) as well as Khmer food.

Location & Transportation

St. 23 is quiet compared with the surrounding area, and this is probably because the street is only one block long. There are many cafes' in the area as well as bars. The National Museum and Royal Palace are less than a five minute walk away.
Directions	St 23 is, of course, on St. 23 which is between streets 154 and 172, and the first street on the river side of Norodom Blvd.
Transportation	There is no public transportation in Phnom Penh. You can travel by foot, cyclo, moto, tuk tuk, or taxi within the city. This is another good reason for our location. You will spend less on hiring motos.
Airport	Phnom Penh International Airport (about 8 kilometers)
