The Villa consists of two floors; the downstairs holds a large lobby with a computer where you are able to check your email for free. Our brand new restaurant and bar is to the left of the building; with a wide selection of cocktails and finger food. Breakfast is served here every morning between the hours of 7am - 10am. Should you require an earlier breakfast please inform the front desk and it can be arranged.

Avie Moriya’s ten beautiful rooms are a cool, quiet haven in which to relax and unwind after a busy day.

All rooms are stylishly decorated and include air conditioning, cable television and a mini bar. Every room has a private on-suite bathroom with a hot water shower. Breakfast is free everyday for all guests. Checkout is at 12pm; late checkout is available. We also have an area in which luggage can be safely stored should you want to checkout but are not leaving Siem Reap until later on that same day.

Breakfast is served here every morning, as well as an array of snacks and Western and Khmer dishes. With our experienced chef our meals are sure to impress! Be sure to stop by whether you are a guest or just fancy a cocktail and an interesting conversation.
