Sue’s Bed and Breakfast (GPS coordinates: Latitude 40.204872, Longitude 44.495080) is a newly built modern house with all amenities you might need to enjoy your stay while in Yerevan. It is situated in the business district (very close to Komitas av.) of Yerevan , but is hidden on the peaceful street (Aygektsi str. ) of private houses(direction to find the place can be found by the Google map.
Sue B&B is just 10 minutes drive from the centre of the town and 20 minutes drive from Zvartnots International Airport. Guests are served a complimentary breakfast each morning. Internet, television in the public area equipped with satellite channels are also available. Microwave, refrigerator, and coffee/tea maker are available in the kitchen. Bathrooms offer towels, makeup/shaving mirrors. Additional amenities include irons/ironing boards, clocks. The B&B has also complimentary parking area for guests.
